The Blind Archer is an original dark comedy feature film and the first installment in a completed trilogy.
The project has been developed through books, feature-length screenplays, storyboards, budgets, schedules, production planning, copyright protection, and extensive development materials.
The goal is to produce the first film and establish a long-term entertainment property with franchise potential.
The Story Behind the Story

What started as a single story grew into three books, three feature-length screenplays, storyboards, production planning, budgets, schedules, and years of development.
I didn't set out simply to write a screenplay and hope someone discovered it. I wanted to build something tangible that could be reviewed, evaluated, and ultimately produced.
Today, The Blind Archer represents years of work, preparation, and persistence. My goal is to assemble the right team of experienced professionals, secure the resources needed for production, and bring an original dark comedy to audiences.
The work has been done. Now it's time to build the team and make the movie.

Ray Mond
Ray Mond is an actor, writer, producer, author, and SAG-AFTRA member originally from Los Angeles, California and now based in Vermont.
Over the years, he has lived and worked in California, New York, Tennessee, Hawaii, and Spain — experiences that have influenced his storytelling and creative perspective.
His professional background spans more than three decades in and around the entertainment industry, along with teaching graphic design to young students and developing a wide range of creative projects.
Ray is the creator of The Blind Archer trilogy, an original dark comedy series developed across books, feature-length screenplays, storyboards, business plans, budgets, and extensive production materials.
His goal is to collaborate with talented professionals and bring original stories to audiences through film and entertainment.
